Cisco CCNP

Yes — CCNP is one of the most widely recognised professional-level networking certifications in the world. Cisco equipment runs much of the enterprise networking market, so CCNP is a strong signal to employers that you can design, deploy and troubleshoot enterprise networks at scale.

The course covers both ENCOR and ENARSI — around 17 hours of video plus hands-on practice. Most learners complete it in 8–12 weeks at a steady pace. There's no time limit: you have 12 months' access, so you can study at whatever pace suits you.

Two — the ENCOR core (350-401) and the ENARSI concentration (300-410). You sit them as two separate exams, in either order, through Pearson VUE. The course doesn't include the exam vouchers, but your account manager helps you arrange them when you're ready.

It's recommended, not required. There's no formal prerequisite for CCNP, but it builds on associate-level knowledge, so CCNA (or equivalent networking experience) makes it much easier to pick up. If you're newer to Cisco, you can add our CCNA course as a foundation.

Both courses. ENCOR covers enterprise architecture, virtualisation, infrastructure, network assurance, security and automation. ENARSI goes deep on advanced routing and services — EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, route redistribution, VRF and router security — with practice questions for both exams.
