PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner is the applied-level certification for combining PRINCE2 with agile ways of working, owned and awarded by PeopleCert. It covers tailoring PRINCE2’s themes and processes for agile, the agile focus areas, behaviours, frameworks and techniques, and delivering against the five targets. Where Foundation tests whether you understand the blend, Practitioner tests whether you can apply it on a real project. In Australia, that combination — agile delivery inside the governance government, Defence, and enterprise projects expect — is increasingly in demand.

You’ll need to hold PRINCE2 Agile Foundation before you sit the Practitioner exam — or a comparable PRINCE2 (Foundation or Practitioner) or project-management qualification. What to Expect on Exam Day

You sit the exam online through PeopleCert’s remote proctoring platform. Here’s the full process, from booking to results.

Booking

When you feel ready, contact your account manager. We handle the booking with PeopleCert and confirm your exam date, time, and joining instructions — usually within 5–10 working days. Remember vouchers must be bought by 30 June 2026.

Equipment required

You need a laptop or desktop computer (not a mobile or tablet), a working webcam and microphone, and a stable internet connection.

On the day

Log in 15 minutes before your scheduled start. The invigilator will verify your identity using photo ID and ask you to scan your room. The 150-minute timer then begins. You may use the official PRINCE2 Agile guidance throughout — it’s open book — but no other notes or materials are permitted.

Results

You get a provisional pass or fail result as soon as you finish. Your official PeopleCert certificate follows within a few working days and is added to PeopleCert’s register of successful candidates.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, contact us at least 48 hours before your exam time. We will arrange a new date at no additional charge.
